Returns & Refunds

Breathing better is either obvious or it isn't. Try your strips or your Onyx band, and if the difference doesn't show up in your training or your sleep, send it back.

Nasal strips and bundles — 30 days

You have 30 days from delivery to claim a full refund on nasal strips and bundle orders. Opened packs are fine: we'd rather you actually test them than return them sealed.

Onyx Vibration Alarm — 100 days

The Onyx band carries a 100-day risk-free window. Sleep with it for three months. If it doesn't wake you, you don't pay for it.

How to start a return

Email admin@histrips.site with your order number and a line about what didn't work. We reply with return instructions the same business day. Refunds land back on the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the parcel reaches our warehouse.

Damaged or wrong item

Send a photo with your first email and we ship a replacement immediately — no return shipment needed on our side.
